A clearer picture of the wind resource
The programme includes a six-month LiDAR campaign. This laser-based technology measures wind conditions at multiple heights and will complement the site’s existing meteorological mast data.
Our service scope covers site assessment, equipment delivery, installation and commissioning, followed by remote data retrieval, quality checks and a final measurement report. The aim is to provide the project team with a more complete basis for assessing the wind resource and refining energy-yield estimates.
Practical preparation on site
Reliable measurements depend on reliable equipment and power. The engineering scope also addresses lightning protection for the existing measurement mast and a separate solar-and-battery power supply.
These preparations are intended to support continuity of data collection throughout the campaign, bringing measurement planning and site engineering together before further development decisions.

Evaluating an 80 MW configuration
The preferred configuration currently under evaluation comprises ten 8 MW Envision wind turbines. The final turbine configuration will be determined following completion of the wind measurement campaign.
WE GREEN ENERGO will hold a 70% stake in the Sarande project under the agreed 70/30 ownership structure.
WE GREEN ENERGO has received confirmation from a major Austrian bank regarding debt financing for the Sarande project with a tenor of 12–15 years.
For our team, this stage connects site data with practical project decisions: assessing the wind resource, refining the turbine configuration and preparing the technical information needed for the next phase of development.
Equity investors are welcome to join
We welcome equity investors interested in joining the Sarande project, alongside technical and commercial partners. Contact our team to explore participation opportunities, review relevant project documentation and discuss the next steps.
