Fuente Dynamics leads the project. WE GREEN ENERGO’s proposed contribution focuses on support with financing, design optimisation and oversight of turnkey delivery, under Fuente Dynamics’ leadership. The aim is to connect financial considerations, technical choices and implementation oversight as the project progresses towards construction and operation.
